Sales Consultant for Training

​​Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year successful direct sales experience in technology, training or adjacent industries.

  • With solid knowledge of the different business processes

  • Analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with solutions selling methodology preferred

  • Must have deep understanding of selling and customer service

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills working with colleagues and client in stressful situation

  • Ability to express ideas both in written (English) and oral form

  • Can conduct pre-sales demos/presentations and user trainings

  • Computer literate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Will conduct pre-sales demos/presentations and user trainings

  • Coordinate training programs for all types of salespeople from new hires to seasoned professionals utilizing a range of training techniques and tools.

  • Build training content, including guides and learning aides.
