Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

  • Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including but not limited to market trends, target customer habits, technology updates, partner updates, competitor offerings, and demographic data.

  • Regularly develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of marketing and sales data.

  • Create marketing collaterals.

 

Job Type / Category

  • Collaborate with different teams to execute initiatives to reach the target market through appropriate channels.

  • Utilize internal and external company's marketing tools to help achieve marketing goals. This includes but not limited to company’s website, social media account, email, Metric That Matters, Partner's Marketing tools.

  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Candidates must have at least an Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience

  • Preferably with marketing experience

  • With knowledge of the different business processes

  • Analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer literate

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills working with colleagues and client in stressful situation

  • Adaptable, flexible, willing to accept change and open to constructive criticism

  • Values self-improvement and learning, readily updates self on the latest in the field

  • Results oriented with follow-through

  • Self-driven / Self-motivated

  • Team player, highly reliable

  • Service oriented with high regard for customer service

  • Organized, systematic and attentive to details
